We had a really really nice stay in Venice next to Vaparettos and landmarks and Rialto Bridge. Its central location was convenient to a grand opera house. Also, it was based near the Vaporetto station.

The location of Ca'Serenissima - At 2Mn Of St Mark Square is absolutely perfect for exploring Venice. We were able to walk everywhere and it made our trip so convenient. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. The owner was also very helpful with clear instructions and prompt responses to our questions. we had a great stay and would recommend this place to others.

One drawback we experienced was some noise from nearby hotels clearing their trash, but this was easily remedied by keeping the windows closed. Additionally, there was a slight noise disturbance from trolleys in the early morning, but considering the vibrant city atmosphere, it was expected and not a major issue for us.

I couldn't be happier with my stay at this apartment. The host was absolutely amazing. She reached out to me early on and stayed in contact throughout my stay. The location couldn't have been better - it was right next to St. Marks square and so close to everything in the center of the city. Plus, it was conveniently near the Vaporetto station, allowing for easy transportation. The apartment itself was clean and spacious, with two bedrooms and great facilities like a washing machine. The host provided clear directions and even gave suggestions for things to do. the experience was fantastic.

Christmas at this hotel was an absolute delight! the location couldn't be more perfect - just a short walk from all the major attractions and right next to Vaporetto stops. It was so convenient to explore the city and come back to the cozy apartment. the accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. Plus, the little touches like the provided coffee, tea, and olive oil made the stay even more enjoyable.

The occasional noise from nearby establishments. Being in such a lively area, there were times when we could hear voices or noise early in the morning.

The apartment was fantastic! It had two spacious bedrooms and a cozy living room. We loved having a flat-screen TV in the apartment for some evening entertainment. The equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave made it convenient for cooking meals. The washing machine was a game-changer, allowing us to pack light and do laundry during our stay. The bathroom had a bidet, and the shower had great water pressure and a hairdryer.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the bidet in the bathroom, but I understand that others may find it useful.

Location: Nestled in the heart of San Marco, surrounded by centuries-old buildings and luxury, Ca'Serenissima was the perfect base for exploring Venice. It felt like stepping into a painting, with the bustling Piazza San Marco just a stone's throw away.

Limited Bathrooms: The only minor issue was the single bathroom in the apartment. However, the clever separation of the shower and toilet from the washbasin area made it manageable.
